Saturday -   $2795
Friday or Sunday  $2495
Monday - Thursday  $2095

50% of wedding fees due 6 months prior to wedding.
Balance due 30 days prior to wedding.
Payment plans available.

$300 Security Deposit required to book the date. 
(Refundable upon leaving the premises as found.)

Small Wedding Packages:

25 Guests of less - Pkg  $975 (2 Hours)
2 Plus (up to 10) - Pkg $750 (1 Hour)
Just the 2 of Us   - Pkg $650 (1 Hour)

Policies

  • Weddings at Lockheart Gables are for overnight guest
  • Deposit--$300 deposit is required to secure the date. 
  • 50% of wedding fees are due 6 months prior to wedding
  • Balance due 30 days before the wedding.
  • Deposit refunded after everything is left as found.
  • The deposit is not refundable if the wedding is canceled for any reason.
  • On site Minister requires approximately one hour (1 week or more preferred) before the day of the ceremony to meet with bride and groom.
  • NO SMOKING inside.
  • D J's or live bands only if entire facility is booked (5 overnite rooms)
  • $100 per hour overtime charge (if available)
  • If required, professional cleaning will be deducted from deposit.
  • No climbing on waterfall rocks - the rocks are not stable and could be hazardous.
  • RAIN - In case of too much rain, Outdoor weddings over 50 people may rent a tent.
  • It is the responsibility of the bridal party to enforce all policies.
